PFW Day 5

Day 5!

Andreas Taralis: Three words: Black and White!

Junya Watanabe: Junya Watanabe used finging as the main element of his collection and used it heavily and to extravagant effects!

Haider Ackermann: Classic Ackermann: trousers, tailored jackets and metallic fabrics!

Cacharel: Cute collection with flowers prints and pink!

Viktor & Rolf: Another version of some rebellious schoolgirl walking the runway with Another Brick in the Wall in the background!

Acne Studio: Mariner theme for this collection with peacoats, stripes and oversized blazers!

Tsumori Chisato: Japanese inspiration for this collection!

Vivienne Westwood: A perfect mix of random brilliant looks from the one and only Vivienne Westwood! The platforms are awesome!

Comme des Garçons: As I said, many designers in Paris are trying to test their own limits, but Rei Kawakubo is certainly the one who went the furthest! With her 23 looks, she presented a serie of extravagant objects that could be worn on the body. Everything was in the show, with a different music for each look. She once again deliver a theatrical presentation and a big ***** to the whole marketing machine!

Véronique Leroy: Sweet collection!

Jean Paul Gaultier: Just like the good old time in an antique cabaret where JPG staged the perfect show! Models were dancing and showing their own personalities, the amazing reconceptualization of Grease's "You're the One That I Want" with Coco Rocha as the one and only Travolta, Karlie Klokk voguing...I wish I was there!!! And all this in marvelous clothes!

Maiyet: Is it possible to make totally desirable clothes while doing it in an ethical way? Our answer is yes, thanks to Maiyet! Beautiful collection, splendid embroideries and slip dresses and metallic fabrics! One of my favorite!

Martin Grant: Gorgeous dresses!

Neil Barrett: Looove the head-to-toe sweater look!
